Households must submit the “Minimum Documents ” by 5/31/2024, 5pm to be considered.  Files will be reviewed in raked order (using ranking results from the 2nd release), then new entries by entry date and time stamp. If you have already entered the drawing, you do not need to re-enter the drawing. Applicants that opted out or do not submit by the 5/31/2024 deadline will be skipped.
