Mandy helps cities get their program infrastructure up and running. This includes Application Forms and Processes, Policies, and Procedures. In her present role, Mandy also assists to screen files for eligibility before they are submitted to underwriting.

Kathie helps cities navigate the compliance requirements to build out the guidelines that determine eligibility of households and to help make sure there are clear policies for those occupying program housing units. In her present role, Kathie serves as the lead underwriter.

As Program Relationship Manager, Abraham leads the onboarding efforts as we get new cities on the HouseKeys platform and ensures successful outcomes throughout the program life cycle. Abraham also leads our orientation and education classes for new applicants. In addition to working to get new clients and applicants into the system, he leads our customer service efforts and serves as a point of contact to troubleshoot when issues arise.

Katarina leads our marketing and sales efforts in our real estate markets and ensures that we get the word out to prospective housing applicants and real estate professionals. While Katarina primarily works in our homeownership division, she works alongside property managers to coordinate site visits and open houses.
